REGLAS Y POLÍTICAS OFICIALES
1. HORARIO Y ENTRADA
● Abierto de 12:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m.
● No se permite conducir de noche.

● Todas las tarifas son no reembolsables, incluso por cierres debido al clima.
2. REQUISITOS DE INGRESO
● Todos los participantes deben firmar una exención de responsabilidad antes de entrar.
● El pago debe realizarse antes del acceso.
● Los conductores deben tener al menos 16 años de edad.
● Los menores de edad deben estar acompañados por un padre, madre o tutor legal, quien deberá firmar la exención.
3. REQUISITOS DE SEGURIDAD
● Se requiere casco si el vehículo no cuenta con cinturón de seguridad.
● Los cinturones de seguridad deben usarse en todo momento.
● Los vehículos deben estar en condiciones seguras de funcionamiento.
● Se requieren banderas de seguridad de viernes a domingo.
● No se permiten posiciones inseguras al conducir.
4. REGLAS DE LOS SENDEROS
● Permanezca únicamente en los senderos marcados.
● Siga todas las señales y direcciones del recorrido.
● Ceda el paso en los cruces y a los vehículos que suben una pendiente.
● Mantenga una distancia segura entre vehículos.
● No se permiten saltos ni acrobacias.
● No conduzca de forma imprudente o agresiva.
● Velocidad máxima de 5 MPH en el área de estacionamiento.
5. ÁREAS DE USO ESPECIA
● El Pozo de Arena (Sand Pit) es el único lugar permitido para hacer lodo y donar vueltas (“donuts”).
● No dañe el terreno fuera de las áreas designadas.
6. POLÍTICA SOBRE ALCOHOL Y DROGAS
● Se permite el consumo responsable de alcohol únicamente a adultos.
● Está prohibido operar cualquier vehículo bajo la influencia del alcohol o drogas.
● No se permiten drogas ilegales.
● Los infractores serán expulsados del parque sin reembolso.
7. PESCA Y ACCESO AL AGUA
● La pesca es de captura y liberación, salvo que se indique lo contrario.
● El acceso al agua es bajo su propio riesgo.
● No hay salvavidas de servicio.
8. REGLAS PARA VEHÍCULOS Y EQUIPO
● No se permiten envases de vidrio en los senderos.
● No se permiten fogatas fuera de las áreas designadas.
● Se recomiendan arrestadores de chispas.
● No se permiten vehículos excesivamente ruidosos o inseguros.
9. RESPONSABILIDAD
● Conduce bajo tu propio riesgo.
● Cada persona es responsable por los daños y costos de recuperación de su vehículo.
● El parque no es responsable por lesiones, robos o daños a personas o propiedad.
10. EMERGENCIAS
● Llame al 911 en caso de emergencia.
● Indique la ubicación: Bigfoot Trails – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
● Mantenga libres los caminos de acceso para vehículos de emergencia.
11. POLÍTICA POR MAL CLIMA
● El parque podrá cerrar debido a las condiciones del clima.
● No se otorgarán reembolsos por cierres relacionados con el clima.
12. CONDUCTA Y CUMPLIMIENTO
● No tire basura.
● No se permiten peleas, amenazas ni acoso.
● Prohibido disparar armas de fuego dentro del parque.
● La administración podrá expulsar o prohibir la entrada a cualquier persona que viole estas reglas.
13. AVISO FINAL

# LIABILITY WAIVER, EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

In consideration of being permitted to enter, use, and participate in activities at Bigfoot Off-Road Trails LLC (“Company”), I agree as follows:

## 1. EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that off-road recreation is inherently dangerous and involves significant risk of injury, death, and property damage.
Risks include but are not limited to:
- Vehicle rollover, collision, or loss of control
- Uneven terrain including sand, mud, holes, trees, and water hazards
- One-way trail system hazards including limited visibility and blind turns
- Fire, mechanical failure, and equipment malfunction
- Wildlife including snakes and insects
- Poison ivy and other vegetation hazards
- Weather-related risks
- Possible livestock intrusion (including cattle)
- Drowning risks near ponds and river access areas
I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, whether caused by my actions, others, or conditions of the property.

## 2. RULES OF OPERATION (CONDITION OF ENTRY)
I agree to:
- Wear a DOT-approved helmet at all times while operating or riding
- Not operate any vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Follow all posted signage, arrows, maps, and staff instructions
- Obey the one-direction trail system at all times
- Operate safely and within my ability
- Stay within designated riding areas
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

## 3. RIVER AND WATER RESTRICTIONS
I understand and agree that:
- The river area is STRICTLY FOR FISHING ONLY
- NO RIDING IN, ON, OR THROUGH THE RIVER IS PERMITTED
- Swimming or vehicle entry into water areas is prohibited unless designated for fishing access only

## 4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE)
To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Bigfoot Off-Road Trails LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from injury, death, or property damage.
This includes claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Company.
I understand I am giving up the right to sue for negligence.
This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct to the extent such waiver is prohibited by law.

## 5. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, demands, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
- My participation
- My actions or negligence
- Damage or injury I cause to others or property

## 6. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
I agree I am fully responsible for all damages I cause, including:
- Property or equipment damage
- Medical costs and emergency response
- Fire damage and suppression costs

## 7. FIRE LIABILITY
I accept full responsibility for any fire caused by my actions or equipment and agree to reimburse all related costs.

## 8. CONDITION OF PROPERTY
I acknowledge the property is natural terrain and conditions may change without notice. No warranties or guarantees of safety are provided.

## 9. NO DUTY OUTSIDE PREMISES
The Company has no responsibility for my safety before entering or after leaving the property.

## 10. INSURANCE
I understand the Company provides no insurance coverage for participants.

## 11. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
I authorize emergency medical treatment and accept financial responsibility for all related costs.

## 12. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
I consent to the use of my image or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

## 13. VENUE / GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by Oklahoma law. Venue shall be Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

If any portion is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
